Privacy

Pelli is a space to look at yourself. We treat what you share here as private by default, and we collect as little as we can. This page explains, plainly, what we hold and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Nothing, until you choose otherwise. If you use Pelli without an account, your sessions live only in your browser. We don't store them on our servers.
- Your email, if you sign in. We use passwordless sign-in links, so we never store a password.
- Conversations you choose to save, and your progress (session count, recent themes, the state of your mirror) once you are signed in.
- Specialist applications and bookings, if you apply to practise or book a session.
- Minimal technical data — a coarse request signal used only to rate-limit and prevent abuse. We do not build advertising profiles, and Pelli shows no ads.
How your messages are processed
To generate reflections and to run a safety check for crisis language, the text you write is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing in real time. It is used to produce the response and is not used by Pelli to train models.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments — Pelli never sees your card number), and an email provider for transactional messages. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Saved conversations and your profile are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Anonymous sessions are never sent to us, so there is nothing for us to keep. Deleting your account removes your saved sessions and profile.
Your rights
You can export everything and delete your account at any time from your account page. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, and object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This is not a crisis service
Pelli is for reflection and routing to human specialists. It is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
Children
Pelli is intended for people aged 18 and over.
