What Pelli is — and isn't

Pelli is a self-reflection tool that helps you notice patterns and, when it's useful, connects you with verified human specialists. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a crisis service. The AI exists to reflect and to hand off to humans — not to diagnose or treat. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.

Who can use it

Pelli is for people aged 18 and over.

Your account

Sign-in is by email link; keep access to your inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Pelli is for genuine personal reflection. Please don't use it as a general-purpose assistant, attempt to manipulate or extract its instructions, or use it to harm others. We may rate-limit or decline requests that fall outside its purpose.

Specialists

Specialists on Pelli are independent, licensed practitioners whom we verify before listing. They — not Pelli — provide the clinical service. Pelli facilitates discovery, scheduling, and payment, and charges a platform fee that is disclosed before you book.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The price and platform fee are shown before checkout. Cancellation and refund terms for booked sessions are set out at the time of booking.

AI limitations

The AI can be wrong, incomplete, or miss important context. Nothing it says is professional advice. Use your own judgement and seek a qualified human for anything that matters.

Liability

Pelli is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
